TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – ICONIK-ART
Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as “T&Cs”) govern the sale of decorative paintings and artworks offered on the Iconik-Art website, accessible at: www.iconik-art.com
They apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by Iconik-Art with consumers or non-professional buyers.

Article 3 – Products
The products offered for sale consist of decorative paintings and wall art, printed on various materials (canvas on wooden frame, PVC board, aluminum, etc.).
Each artwork is presented with descriptions and visuals as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in colors or rendering may occur depending on screens and printing materials, which shall not be considered a defect.
Products are offered subject to availability or production capacity.
Article 4 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping costs.
Iconik-Art reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the price applicable at the time of order validation.
Shipping costs are specified during the ordering process before final validation.
Article 5 – Orders
Orders are placed directly on the Iconik-Art website.
Order validation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
A confirmation email is sent to the customer after payment validation.
Iconik-Art reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a previous dispute with the customer or suspicion of fraud.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit card
- Payment methods offered by Shopify (Shopify Payments, etc.)
Transactions are secured through Shopify’s payment systems.
Article 7 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering.
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on destination and production method. Delivery delays shall not give rise to any compensation, unless otherwise provided by law.
In the event of a damaged package, the customer must make reservations with the carrier and contact Iconik-Art within 48 hours.
Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned in their original condition and in perfect condition, at the customer’s expense.
⚠️ Exception: in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.
Article 9 – Returns and Refunds
Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, Iconik-Art will issue a refund within a maximum period of 14 days, using the original payment method.
Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or errors attributable to Iconik-Art.
Article 10 – Warranty
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code) and protection against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).

Article 11 – Liability
Iconik-Art shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
Article 12 – Intellectual Property
All artworks, visuals, texts, and graphic elements on the Iconik-Art website are protected by copyright.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
Article 13 – Personal Data
Personal data collected is necessary for order processing and customer relationship management.
In accordance with the GDPR, customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting Iconik-Art via email.
Article 14 – Governing Law – Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
